Menu Selection
Our professional staff are more than happy to assist you in your choice of menu. To allow us to devote the necessary time for discussion and attention to your requirements, we ask that bookings be lodged 7 days in advance of your function date.
Deposits
A minimum of 10% deposit is required at time of booking confirmation.
Confirming bookings
Bookings must be confirmed in writing and the requested deposit paid within 7 days of the original booking. Should no confirmation or deposit be received within the specified time, management reserves the right to cancel the booking and
allocate the desired venue or time to another client.
Confirming numbers
You can confirm your final numbers up until 7 days before the event. The number of guests that you confirm for on this day will be the minimum number that is charged for.
Cancellations
Should you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the deposit will apply
Methods of payment
Cash, check or major credit card.
Small dinner parties of 6 or less can be prepared within 24 hours notice.
